Sacraments
Sacraments of the Catholic Faith
Visit our Maronite Church anytime to take part in an eastern rite of the Catholic Church. Based in Springfield, Massachusetts, we perform the sacraments of the Catholic faith for our parishioners, including reconciliation, baptism, and matrimony.

Reconciliation & Confession
Our priest hears confession before or after the 4:30 PM and Sunday masses. You can also set an appointment for Monday through Saturday. We do request that you approach the priest before the beginning of Mass to request confession.
Baptism
For those parents who wish to have their children baptized at St. Anthony Maronite Catholic Church, you should contact the parish office. We ask that you do this at least six weeks before the date you desire the ceremony to be on. This request should only be made by the parents of the child. We only baptize children whose parents are registered in St. Anthony's parish.
Holy Matrimony
We ask that all couples seeking to join in Holy matrimony contact the parish office at least six months before their desired wedding date. At this time, you will make an appointment with the priest to begin marriage preparations. The appointment must be set by one member of the couple that is to be married, and at least one of them must be registered in the parish.
Anointing: the Sacrament of the Sick
We pray God's blessings for the healing and wellbeing of the sick and the shut-ins in our parish. We ask that our entire congregation remember them in prayer. If you know of anyone who is homebound and would like a pastoral visit and communion, please contact Father Bassam or the rectory at (413) 732-0589.
First Communion & Confirmation
Ensure that your child has a complete knowledge of their faith. We are currently registering children for our religious education program to prepare them for First Communion, as well as Confirmation classes.
